The much-anticipated movie, The Flash 2023 wasn't able to captivate audiences from start to finish. It had a great mix of passionate and grounded storyline (who wouldn't want to go back in time to save their mom from being murdered?).
The visual effects at times were perfect.

The film's intricate plot, filled with unexpected twists and turns, keeps viewers on the edge of their seats, eagerly waiting to see what happens next.
The highlight was the comedy. It was the only redeeming aspect of the movie. Some scenes were so funny it didn't quite fit with DCEU and the dark context. Which leads to the last comment on this - the reboot is needed.
